Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping! 

Due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping times have increased significantly, so please keep this in mind when ordering for a specific deadline. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sometimes, a package is marked as "DELIVERED" and it takes up to 48 hrs for the package to actually show up at your doorstep. Make sure to check surrounding areas + buildings to ensure that it wasn't accidentally delivered near by. 

Please note: once a package is marked as "DELIVERED" at the address provided during checkout, Heidi Khrone is not liable for lost or stolen packages. 

In case the package doesn't show up, file a lost claim on the carrier's website, and let us know at info@heidikhrone.com so that we can best help you get your package or claim.
